Company Overview
Donghai County Lantian Auto Wheel Factory is located in Donghai County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Our factory is adjacent to Yanhai Expressway and Ninglian Expressway, close to Lianyungang Port, Qingdao Port and Lianyungang airport which is connected to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Currently, our company has 225 sets of testing and production equipment and advanced technology in China. We have been both ISO9001:2000 and TS16949 cetified. Experts in this industry are employed to conduct on-the-spot inspection and supervision. In total, our company employs 240 people of which over 90 are technicians.
Our annual production capacity stands at 500,000 steel wheels for cars and minivans, 10,00,000 trailer steel wheels and 250,000 heavy truck steel wheels.
We adopt the most advanced cooling system, comprehensive equipment includes drill presses, milling machines, lathes, planers, saws, grinders and etc. Also we have the most advanced automatic joining production lines, acid phosphating lines and electrophoresis spray coating lines.
